There are very strict policies for all those people who break the government rules for MEPCO Bill payments and do not pay their bills on time, so according to their very lawful act, they disconnect the electricity supply for all those electricity defaulters who do not even pay their bills after getting a warning letter by the MEPCO department, which is the last thing a respective authority usually do before removing the supply of energy from that electricity consumer.

Unauthorized use of electricity is one of the serious offences that can’t be left unpunished; in this case, a consumer who had approved for certain usage of electricity is caught using more electricity than they have been authorized to use; in this case, they have been charged a number of penalties such as fines, legal action by the authority and their electricity supply is also disconnected from the grid.

This can make it easy for customers to consume more electricity than they are permitted to use without being caught.
Complaint by the Consumer
If any of the MEPCO electricity consumers had filed a complaint against the MO\AMO\CEO of the company, then his electricity supply cannot be disconnected until the issue has been solved.
The government organizes a very useful and effective platform for this type of problem in which users have the intent to file their complaint or need assistance; then, they can find support from the MEPCO helpline system that will surely guide them accordingly.
